	Dear Candidates, Greetings from Payoda! Immediate Opening for Mobile Lead for Native & Hybrid @ Bangalore, Coimbatore & Chennai JD for Native Mobile Lead: Strong understanding in programming language like C, Objective-C and Java Hands on experience in iOS and Android (additional platform is plus) Good understanding in design patterns and various application design approaches Good understanding in UI patterns Good logical thinking and problem solving skills At least 3+ apps in mobile stores Understanding in project development methodologies like agile Exposure to continuous development tools and framework Should interact with senior architect and derive the technical requirement for the development teams Need to provide the technical solution and estimates. Provide quick feasibility analysis for the business problems. Need to mentor junior team Experience & Desired skills: 5+ years (Mobile Lead) of relevant work experience, preferably across mobile platforms (Android,iOS, Blackberry, Windows). High-energy and passionate self-starter whos extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment Strong interpersonal skills JD for: Hybrid Mobile Lead Location: Bangalore, Coimbatore & Chennai Step-1: (30%) -> Test on Core Javascript and JQuery (Document model, Scoping, Inheritance, Hoisting, Closures, Events, Error handling, etc) - Must -> Understanding of MVVM is must -> REST and JSON - Must -> Exposure to any one of the following frameworks is a Plus: AngularJS, Knockout.js, Backbone.js, Require.js, Node.js Step-2: (20%) -> Basic architecture of Phonegap/Cordova - Must -> Build, deploy and publish process on all platforms (iOS, Android, BB, Windows) - Must (atleast on iOS and Android) -> Phonegap API to access device (Storage, Camera, GPS, etc) - Required -> Exposure to native development of iOS and Android is Plus. -> Exposure to Appcelator Titanium or Xamarin Or Sencha is Plus.
