Job Location : Mumbai Position Summary We are seeking Senior Sr Business Analysts/Project Lead with financial services industry expertise to join its team servicing various client projects. Job Description The position will involve understanding complex business requirements from clients, preparing requirement documentations, preparing working prototypes/wireframes, participating in estimation discussion, preparing project plan, performing QA activities and tracking the project end to end . Mandatory Skills: 1. Proven track record of requirement gathering/estimation/project management of two (or more) complex projects in financial services industry and capital market 2. Experience of developing applications using Microsoft Technology stack (Asp.net, C#, SQL, SSRS, SSIS) 3. Excellent communication skills with confidence and conviction 4. Experience of development using agile methodology 5. Domain knowledge of financial services business Preferred Skills: 1. Past Experience in introducing project management and governance practices to projects 2. Past experience on reporting projects (especially in financial services domain) . 3. Flexible to work as an individual contributor/ Sr. developer/architect as per business needs Soft Skills: Excellent spoken and written English skills Experience to manage stressed/difficult clientele Good educational background (preferably BE from an institute of repute) Keen learner who is open to working on different projects Provide support for the productions and for the operations, on call, 24/7 (weekends included) Ability to work with multiple tasks Capable of prioritizing the tasks, according to their deadlines If you are interested for above mention position then please help us with your updated profile .
