Role : Position: Senior Software Engineer As a Senior Software Developer, you will develop key product features within new strategic initiatives at Technicolor. You'll be involved in all phases of the product life cycle: roadmap planning, design, coding, test, deployment, and operational ownership. A successful candidate will have strong customer experience and product judgment, rigorous technical grounding, broad hands-on engineering expertise, ability to quickly pick up new domain-specific knowledge, great communication skills, and passion to build and iterate in a fast-paced agile environment. You will also be able to foster these traits and skills in other engineers. Basic Qualifications Graduate in B.E / MCA 5- 8 years software engineering experience Preferred Qualifications In depth knowledge of Microsoft .NET framework (3.5 and above) Experienced in C# development Substantial experience in developing WCF applications using MSMQ, SOAP, REST Substantial experience with IIS/ASP.NET/ASP.NETMVC/XHTML/JavaScri pt/CSS/Ajax/ JQuery ï‚· RDBMS experience (Microsoft SQL Server 2008). Strong object-oriented design skills, multi-threading programming Experience using 3rd party UI components (such as DevExpress) Experience working with Agile development methodologies Strong testing and debugging skills Excellent communications skills Candidates must have the ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies and methodologies.
