Job Description: Enterprise Architect / Solution Architect The candidate shall own the primary responsibility in guiding the technical and architectural direction of the banking group. This includes deep involvement in working with clients and team in arriving at solutions that are pragmatic, scalable and extensible. The candidate shall also play a key role in the interaction with the parent company banking group. S/He shall work parent company's architects in ensuring that the solutions recommended are of best quality and that is translated to proper implementation. The candidate shall work very closely with the technical team in the company outside of the banking group in ensuring the technological growth of the company. Responsibility · Ensure that the technology solutions proposed and implemented are of highest quality · Work closely with key stake holders in parent company in discussing architectural solutions and be pro-active in recommending solutions · Significant contributions to the company on new technologies and architecture that company should adapt both internally and externally · Mentoring architects in the company and ensure there is healthy pipeline of architects in the group · Interaction with clients on technology to ensure high level of client satisfaction · Ability to travel to across the world (including India) to meet with key clients Skills · Deep understanding of various JAVA/J2EE platforms · Very good understanding of banking domain · Excellent team skills- ability to work with engineers, managers, technologists and business analysts · Very good communication and presentation skills.
