Job Description details
Overall 15+ years of experience in architecting, design and development with Microsoft technologies.
Should possess broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to architect solutions by mapping common customer business problems to reusable end-to-end technology solutions.
Define architecture and provide development road maps
Contribute significantly to the technical direction of Microsoft based solution development for maximum flexibility, reliability and scalability. Will be responsible for the end to end architecture covering, security, management, application, BI and Integration.
Ensure quality of technical solution and architecture
Should have experience in designing systems with .NET, WCF, CRM & AX / NAV / Share Point
Must be able to determine project requirements and functional specifications to ensure that client specifications are met
Effort & time estimate management, resource allocation management, scope/ SRS document

inalization skills, client interaction, Project Life Cycle development experience and specialization
Executive-level interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills. Provide expertise, lead technical meetings, and communicate effectively with different development teams and departments
Must be able to manage the complete lifecycle of large and complex projects
Should have hands on experience in multi-release architectural plans and Source Control, IDE and Bug Tracking and Agile project management
Should have min 5+ years of experience in Relational Database and 7+ years of experience in architecting .NET applications
Should have 8+ years of experience in C# and Visual Studio . Should possess strong understanding of WCF, design patterns and ability to research and apply newer .NET technology to large scale systems
Extensive delivery experience using Microsoft SharePoint. Experience with Sharepoint 2013 and workflow tools (like Nintex or Sharepoint designer)
Should have 3+ years of experience in architecting Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions with significant levels of configuration through custom entities, plug-ins, and other techniques that require intimate knowledge of the Dynamics CRM 2011 CRM SDK
