Dear Job, Role: Senior Java Requirement: • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject • 5+ years of experience in Java development • Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms, Object Oriented analysis and design. • Web applications & frameworks experience • Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML • Experience in Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate) • Experience in Spring framework, JMS, Log4j, Ant, JUnit, JSON, AJAX • Windows Batch Scripting • Experience/Knowledge in reporting tools such JReports, Crystal Reports, etc, • Ability to analyze and understand functional requirements. • Experience in creating Proposal responses to RFPs, RFIs • Good communication, client consulting and team handling. Job Responsibilities: • Readiness to learn new technologies & tools and undergo certifications for the same • Responsible for complete Delivery of software & services in the area of responsibility • Reviewing and understanding business requirements working with cross-functional teams • Team Leadership • Technical leadership of the team including reviews of design & code, building competency in upcoming technologies • Client handling • Team training â€" Training new team members on relevant technologies • Hands on contribution in all phases of the development lifecycle. • Developing well designed, testable, efficient code. • Ensuring that development tasks are completed within the timeline provided and that issues are fully tested. • Interacting with different levels of clients from senior management to developers from a technology & delivery perspective • Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reporting internally & to the client as necessary
