Job Description:

6+ experience with Web screen design and databases specifically Oracle 11g and writing Complex Sql.
Strong background with Data Warehouse and Data Marts.
Knowledge of BI/Data Warehouse concepts, including star schema, aggregation processes.
Experience with formal software development processes and methodologies such as Scrum.

Non-Technical Skills Required:

• Self-motivated and can effectively manage tasks from start to finish at a fast pace.
• Ability to collaborate on a team with infrastructure, data warehouse and business analyst resources, and clearly communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Excellent communication skills as the candidate will need to be able to understand and communicate clearly design and requirements to reporting analysts, other architects, and departments.
• Ability to learn quickly as the candidate needs to explore our current environment and contribute immediately.
• Excellent team player as the candidate needs to be able to work with multiple associates with different technical backgrounds, listen to associate input, and collaborate effectively across the organization like Information Management, among others.
• Ability to multi-task as the candidate will be working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to develop/design solutions in way that thinks of the big picture to make it flexible and extensible. The solution should not be one-off. Candidate should think ahead so it can be re-usable or leveraged by other reports/users.
• Follows standards and best practices and can be a significant contributor to this.
• Telecom experience is a plus.
