Interview with Jp Morgan in the past-
Available for in person interview on 2nd Aug-
Plan automation strategy and testing effort after understanding business flows and impact analysis. Ensure timely and quality testing delivery.
· Execute project testing activities and tasks, automated test packs, working with teams across locations.
· Quick turnaround in building and maintaining of scripts.
· Should be core automation architect, hands on in automation and should be open to quickly adapt new technologies/frameworks /new tools
· Partner with development teams to control testing stages and environment, and investigate defects and enhancements to close out.
· Create and maintain detailed test cases and automated scripts in QTP, Selenium and TestComplete for assigned applications based on the test plan
· Report issues and discrepancies in the bug tracking tool and provide details of the issue along with steps to recreate to development and business teams. Attend status meeting and send status reports (daily, weekly etc.) to stakeholders.
· Follow up on the issues reported and ensure to verify the fixes provided.
· Coordinate with other technology teams to execute cross application integration testing
· Assist team lead in collecting relevant data to come up with effective metrics.
· Work closely with application development, business analyst and operate teams to ensure the smooth transition of the applications to a production support environment.
Technology Qualifications
This position calls for a broad technology skill set, expert level experience
· Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, or equivalent
· 4+ years hands-on QA experience
· Extensive experience writing detailed test plans and test cases based on functional specifications.
· Experience developing functional test automation scripts using HP Quick Test Professional, Selenium or TestComplete
· Experience preparing test data for business data validation.
· Good understanding of Quality Center
· Familiar with full systems development lifecycle
· Experience of software testing & methodology, including system testing
· Good technical analysis skills
