Extensive experience in leading testing efforts for various global SAP Implementation, Upgrade or Maintenance projects with involvemnt in test phases right from System to Integration, UAT and Go-live.
Manager
* Expertise in creating and executing Validation Master Plans, BPP's, Test Scenarios, Test Plans and Scripts
* Diverse experience in system interaction at all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with very good knowledge of various testing methodologies
* Developed Test Strategies, Test Plans, Use Cases, Test Scenarios, Test cases, Test Scripts and Test reports for Manual as well as Automated testing for various applications to ensure proper business compliance.
* Extensive experience with maintaining testing process of Multi-Tier application architecture
* Exposure to Quality Management Systems (ISO, CMM) for Software Quality Assurance in Application Software (Black Box) Testing
* Diverse experience in Information Technology with emphasis on Quality Assurance, Manual Testing, Automated Testing using Mercury tools - Win Runner, Quick Test Professional and Quality Center.
* Diverse work experience on Unit Testing, Smoke Testing, Functionality Testing, Integration Testing, GUI Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, Sanity Testing, Performance Testing, Database Testing, User
acceptance testing (UAT), Compatibility Testing and Product Assurance Testing for Web based and Client/Server applications.
* Maintained a Test Matrix for latest test results information and publishing reports
Key Strength:
* Strong work experience in maintaining End-to-End testing of SAP -For any of the key modules like C HR, Portal (ESS/MSS), CRM, SM, SD, MM, Finance & BI and Siebel - CRM & Analytics and Java based Internet
applications
* Extensive hands on experience in Project Planning, Execution, Requirement Analysis, Risk Management and Reporting.
* Expertise in performing software bug tracking using Bug Tracking Tools - Test Director, Quality Center, Team Track & Quest.
* Implemented Test suites, which include features like Parameterization, Data Driven, Check Points, Batch, and Functions.
* Hands on experience in implementation of SAP HR Process like creation and maintenance of PA, Organization structure (OM), Employee, Roles, Positions, Time Management, Benefits & Comp Management
* Strong experience on SAP R/3, ECC 6.0, Portal, ESS/MSS, SAP - OTC, SM, HR & CRM Application E2E Testing which includes IC Web Client, R/3 User Admin activities, ABAP Reports, ADP Payroll testing and SAP
BW Reports testing
* Good experience in Design & maintenance of Organization structure for Siebel CRM & SAP - CRM & HR applications.
* Extensive experience in End-to-End Testing of Siebel - Application Administration, Group Administration, User Administration and Inbound & Outbound interfaces
* Strong Interpersonal Skills, Self-motivation, Co-ordination Skills and the ability to communicate both orally & in writing with people at all levels
* Proven track record on successfully completing projects within deadline & budget while adapting to rapidly changing environments and priorities.
