Dear Candidate,
We are looking for senior consultant with overall 10 years of IT experience of which significant experience 5-7 years in Mobile technology is required. Candidate should have good hands-on experience on one of the native OS and preferred to have experience in managing Hybrid applications using popular frameworks - like Apache Cordova, Appcelarator, Kony platform
Responsibilities:
Team:
* Lead the team of mobile developers, train and groom them to develop solutions
* Working with the UI developers to build the interface with focus on usability features
* Create compelling device specific user interfaces and experiences
Technical/ Solution
* Help in conceptualizing, build, test and release mobile products in line with the Org. roadmap
* Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions
* Build prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects
* Deliver across the entire app life cycle -concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support
Others:
* Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technologies
* Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Help Practice manager in building proposal, manage pre-sales meetings / demos with customer
Non-Technical Skills:
* Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a strong plus.
* IT consulting experience or previous custom software implementation experience is a plus.
* High level of initiative and accountability for deliverables and deadlines
* Experience practicing agile development methodologies like Scrum
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to liaise with various stakeholders
* Logical thinking skills
* Methodical approach to work
* Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users
Technical Skills:
* Fluency in multiple programming languages-such as Java, J2EE, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery Mobile, Objective-C, Xcode/ Andorid
* Experience of development using web technologies
* Excellent knowledge in information architecture, human computer interaction and usability design principles
* Experience on web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
* Excellent scoping and estimation skills
* Experience if working on enterprise mobility app will be an added advantage - preferred to have experience of developing and delivering atleast one such solution | Is this job relevant to you? Yes No |
