We have a subcontractor requirement for MSBI - HYDERABAD/PUNE/Bangalore/Bhubaneswar location.

Position: Technical Lead
Experience: 7+ Yrs
Essential Skills:
* Experience in Design & Development of OLAP cubes, frameworks, establishing development standards using SSAS & SSIS
* Development of complex reports in SSRS
* Strong in Reporting architecture design and able to bring the optimal design meeting the project requirements.
* Strong on requirement analysis, source system analysis, and Data modeling advanced techniques & able to suggest best possible data model.
* Should be able to advice on cube design in terms of better performance.
* Data analyst skills to determine root cause problems for Data Integrity and Data Quality issues identified through QA or by business report owners.
* Knowledge of MDX, should be able to create calculated measures in SSAS.
* Implement new Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse requirements through the use of SQL, ETL, business intelligence tools, and database programming and reporting tools.
* Strong Design and Dimensional modeling skills.
Responsibilities:
* Meet with customer business and technical leaders to identify and scope the business opportunities, document and get business requirements, identify effective reporting techniques, identify the best data sources for reach report field, identify risks and constraints, and design reporting formats.
* Design & Develop OLAP cubes using SSAS to meet business requirements.
* Develop, implement, and maintain ETL (extract, transform, and load) solutions to bring new data into the data warehouse.
* Develop optimized database design to achieve acceptable performance by tuning view, tables and indexes for proper response time.
* Responsible for overseeing code migration, validation across environments.
* Follows the development process methodology and best practices.
* Provides necessary post installation support.

Experience:
* 5-7 years
Essential Skills:
* Experience in developing OLAP cubes, frameworks using SSAS & SSIS
* Capable of developing reports using SSRS
* Experience in analysis, design, development and deployment using MS-SQL Server.
* Possess Design and Dimensional modeling skills.
* Experience in Reporting architecture design and optimal design techniques meeting the project requirements.
* Experience in requirement analysis, source system analysis, Data modeling techniques & able to suggest best possible data model.
* Experience in working on Data Warehouse with multiple data sources.
Responsibilities:
* Follows the development process methodology and best practices.
* Develop front-end, metadata and ETL specification to support business requirements.
* Provide technical assistance in the use of Business Intelligence solutions by translating business requirements into technical solutions.
* Where reporting tools are unable to meet requirements, build reports that require special skill to develop; such as structured Query Language (SQL) logic.
* Plan, design, develop and launch efficient business intelligence solutions.
* Support, maintain and enhance business reports and technical environments.
* Analyze functional subject areas, gather requirements and write technical design and procedures for report development.
* Perform Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Support UAT Testing, raise migration tickets, validate migrated code, provide necessary post installation support.
Work Location: HYDERABAD/PUNE
