Experience and Knowledge Requirements:
* Highly skilled graphic and user interface designer (online portfolio recommended)
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software CS5 including Photoshop, Flash, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver. Adequate knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel are required.
* Experience in coding skills such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript will be an added advantage
* Knowledge of fundamental design principles and disciplines that affect typography, color use, animation, composition, use of space, distribution of information, etc.
* Has a clean, elegant, and clutter-free design aesthetic.
* Experience in Visio, Axure and similar tools are expected.
* Enjoys nothing more than a good UI makeover.
Job Description:
1) The UI designer will create interfaces that incorporate our products into Merchants websites and mobile sites. The designer will manage multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment, and need to adhere to time line standards. Other projects may include designing unique web templates, banners, email templates, buttons, user guides and other graphics as needed.
2) Keen eye for typography and the ability to create clear, concise designs with a strong attention to detail and graphics standards. The ability to understand a merchants branding and incorporate that sensibility into your designs and decision process will be helpful. Proven success in meeting deadlines on multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
3) Needs to be self-motivated, interact well with a small team within a large and diverse corporate environment. The ability to quickly switch gears, handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines with little assistance is strongly desire
