1. Should have more than 6 years of experience.
2. Should have all his experience in windows.
3. Should have experience in both C++ and C# .NET.
4. In C++ , he should have worked in STLs, multi threading, COM, Socket communication and Design patterns.
5. In C# .NET , he should have experience in socket programming, multi threading, COM, database ( SQL ) , UI development in desktop and some amount of exposure in webservices.
6. He should have good communication as he would need to interact with customer.
7. Agile experience with tool usage would be an added advantage ( can be waived off if he is good ).
8. Candidates preferred would the ones who have worked in printer UI and tools developed using C# .NET
9. He should be ready to work from Bangalore location.
