Position Senior Chief Engineer / Deputy General Manager

Description You will be part of a young, highly skilled software engineering team, and be responsible for prototyping applications for the success of the projects. This includes not only projects' management on our company's side but also both front-end and back-end implementations. In substance, this means integrating cutting-edge technologies from the different partners.
Expected Contribution
* Develop and extend current systems accordingly to meet business requirements
* Plan and review work activities and projects
* Coordinate engineering activities with other divisions and outside agencies and organizations.
* Select, train, motivate and evaluate assigned personnel to work with other employees to correct deficiencies
* Facilitating change and motivating others to seek opportunities for different and innovative approaches to address problems
* Review Code changes and design proposals for Team members
* Should be able to work with/influence the team members/customers as and when needed
Technical
&
Educational Experience
* B.Tech /B.E /M.Tech /M.E from top Engineering Institutes of India
* Strong Programming skills in Java, Android. Application development experience in Android platform
* Strong understanding of Android Activity life cycle , Services, Broadcast, Content Provider, Sqlite DB, Thread handling , Looper thread, Async Task, Animated UI, Fetching data from Remote Server etc
* Good understanding of Android/Unix Runtime sequence
* Desired skills/Tools - OpenGL, 3D UI, Good understanding of Android Recovery module's functionality
* Well versed with Shell scripting, Unix commands. Well versed with Version Control tools (Perforce is preferred), Good familiarity with Defect Management tools
