Strong C, Visual C++ Background 2. Must have very good Windows OS Knowledge. 3. Must have sound knowledge of COM, ATL and MFC Libraries 4. Knowledge of .Net and Interop is big plus 5. Strong Debugging skills is a MUST, knowledge of Windbg and other debugging tools desired. 6. Experience in Minimum of 4+ Medium to complex projects in any of following domains (Automation, Power, Automobile, Robotics). 7. Knowledge of Frameworks and Design patterns. 8. Knowledge of Communication Protocols desired (Ethernet Industrial Protocol, CIP, Profbus, CAN) 9. Good Design Skills, Ability to define/design in UML 10. Unit Test using Cppunit or similar tools. 11. Good Oral and written communication skills. 12. Knowledge of Transversal technologies like XML, XSL, Schemas etc... 13. Knowledge of Automation standards is a plus. 14. Must be willing to travel onsite 15. Must have experience working with people at different geographical locations. 16. Expert Knowledge of Configuration management tools like Clearcase, TFS. 17. Knowledge of Defect tracking tools like Clearquest. 18. Ability to Mentor and lead technical team of 5+ people. 19.
