Exp:8+ Yrs Integration Architect - Here are some key skills we are looking for - Ability to visualise end to end business processes across various applications (OneSource, GlobalView , eTime) Ability to learn underlying data models of the various applications (OneSource, GlobalView, eTime) and link these models through the logically constructed data mapping solutions. Excellent understanding of Oracle HRMS data model (tables, concept of business groups, date tracking concept etc...) Excellent communication skills.  This person will need to lead design discussions and lead communication with various teams. Excellent logical and systems thinking. Ability to not only "gather the requirements" but be able to "define" the requirements . Innovate, generate and conceptualise the ideas, propose ideas and execute them.
