Currently we have a requirement with our client for Oracle DBA, wherein if you are selected, you will be a Permanent employee of CBSI and will be deployed in Bangalore Location Job role : SQL DBA ( 5 Yesrs)  Experience as DBA, primarily on SQL Server platform (SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008) for advanced DBA tasks like replication,  Good knowledge in replication troubleshooting  Security compliance, auditing, database modelling & designing and Database / OS health check tasks  Development support experience with moderate SQL knowledge  Strong in Performance tuning (Development & Admin)  Advanced Backup setup, configuration, troubleshooting and recovery  Strong understanding of Change Management and process driven Admin (e.g. ITIL)  Experience with Installations, patch, drivers & hotfix deployments  Capacity planning and estimation experience  Good knowledge in at least one shell scripting (DOS Batch, VBScript, WMI, PowerShell, Perl)  Good understanding of server and storage Hardware (32 and 64-bit servers)  Security hardening (Physical, Server, SQL Server)  Working experience in any monitoring tool  Understanding of different types of environments (development, staging, testing, production) and role they playing the various stages of an application development lifecycle  Professional Database Certifications like MCP, MCITP/ MCDBA  Cluster installation and Admin experience  Database upgrade and / or data migration experience  Understanding and experience in Performance tuning  Experience in Advanced features like SQL Server Reporting, Analysis Services and Replication  Conceptual knowledge of Business continuity and DR planning  Strong communication (written and verbal) skills Regards, Sunil
