Job Location: Hyderabad Exp: 6-12yrs

Key responsibilities would be:
* Understands application requirements and design features to be able to write test cases
* Clarifies how features should work to eliminate ambiguous requirements
* Costs, schedules, and prioritizes his/her work and makes appropriate compromise decisions
* Writes and uses regression tests
* Writes, Maintains and Uses test automation tools independently
* Analyzes patterns of defects for his/her features
* Prioritizes bugs for his/her features
* Takes responsibility for all tasks related to his/her features
* Proactively reviews his/her test plans with other disciplines for completeness
* Demonstrates ad hoc testing skills
* Develops test cases for specific features

Qualified candidates are expected to have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Need to have 2+ years of software development and/or test experience with proficiency in producing efficient and maintainable code (C#).
Need to have innovative insights into automating tests end to end.
Good troubleshooting/debugging skills are must.
Strong functional and automated testing, test strategy and planning, writing detailed test cases based on user scenarios and deep technical knowledge.

As an SDET on our team, the candidate will have complete end-to-end ownership of an entire feature and everything that comes with it including: working closely with Development and Program Management on feature design, writing automation codes to more efficiently test your feature, strategizing and executing ad-hoc testing across your feature and related ones, developing new testing strategies as needed to most efficiently execute testing, and ensuring the testability and quality of code

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
About 5+ years of industry experience in total
Ability to understand business and functional requirements and translate them into test scenarios/cases
Usage of automation/performance tools and able to write end to end automation scripts.
Experience in C# or other MS technologies would be an added advantage.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Good learning ability - functional and technical
Knowledge of various software development life cycles and how testing in performed in it.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of personal accountability and "self-starter" attitude in order to make progress in ambiguous situations
Ability to collaborate and work on complex problems in stringent timelines
