Job Title : SSAS Developer Exp : 5 - 7 years Role : Permanent Job location:- Bangalore (Client : Schneider Eletric) Note : Looking for candidate who can join in 30 days Job description: SSAS Developer JD as below Educational qualification(s) required B.E\B.Tech\M.C.A\M.SC (C.S) Experience required (type of exp. & no. of years) Total experience should be between 5 - 7 years. Strong working knowledge of SQL Server Databases including SQL Server 2005, 2008 and SQL Server 2012 . Strong knowledge and experience in SSAS Demonstrate experience in building cubes and reports with OLAP/ Dimensional modeling capability Good knowledge of Database Design, Data warehousing / ETL concepts, data modelling is a plus Strong Hands on experience in Procedure / Function / SSIS packages Should have experience in Analytical functions / hierarchical queries / Pivot / Unpivot. Expertise in database Partition / Indexing. MDX and multi dimensional analysis experience an asset Strong hands on experience in Query performance tuning / query optimization Solid experience in Data Analysis, OLAP, MOLAP Cube Modeling and Star schema Must have in depth experience with the Microsoft BI suite (SSAS, SSRS, BIDS), with past implementations in projects. Experience in creating custom metrics and calculated sets using MDX Strong analysis, problem solving and creative thinking skills. Power Pivot Experience and knowledge of C#.Net is an added advantage Should have worked on Scrum methodology for at least 1- 2 years Job description / Work profile in detail Must have good Communication skills. Must be motivated to handle challenging. Assignments. Responsible for Communicating with partners and understanding the Requirements and coming up with robust design Implementing user stories with high quality and process adherence Supporting other peers\ team members on trouble shooting technical issues and test engineers on how to test user stories Note : This will be based on short listing, once profile is shortlisted we will arrange telecon for same.
