TEKsystems is hiring Performance Engineer with 5+ Yrs of relevant experience for one of its major customers based out of Bangalore.
Position Requirements:
5 Years of development experience as a developer or architect. 3+ years of software performance engineering or application performance engineering.
Provide insight and technical expertise in all aspects of application performance.
Excellent understanding of J2EE application architecture as well as deployment of application in Enterprise class infrastructure environment
Java application server performance tuning, Database performance and tuning
Demonstrate expert level understanding of end-to-end application architecture, performance instrumentation and performance tuning, including browser, network, java application server, database and interfaces/integrations
Assess application performance and efficiency prior to go-live to ensure customer success
Guide application load testing, ensuring relevance and investigating / re mediating issues as found
MUST HAVE: Performance Lead, JVM performance tuning, heap analysis, thread analysis, pool analysis, CPU usage analysis, performance profiling,
Optional: Eclipse MAT, IBM ISA, and Yourkit, HP Load Runner, Neoload, BMC Perceiver, Site Scope, Gomez, sysload, jvisualVM, Wily Introscope8
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a BS/MS in Engineering
