Job Responsibilities:
* Provide application and business process consulting for implementation of Company's application software (including configuration & customization)
* This position is 20% Project Management, 50% Technical (drawing on technical and/or
CRM product knowledge in advanced configurations of the Salesforce.com application)
and 30% Analysis
* Consult and assist customer or third party integrator to develop interfaces from
Force.com platform to back office (ERP/PDM) solutions.
* Use structured quality methodologies, manage project risks and lead training activities.
* Operate effectively, clearly, and succinctly in an unstructured environment and
demonstrate an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by the firm.
* Assist with projects that include strategy development, requirements definition, business
process improvement, stakeholder involvement, change management, quality assurance,
risk management, user training, application configuration, system installation, and testing.
* Must be able to 'think on their feet' and demonstrate a strong ability and initiative to learn
* Willingness to travel to client sites on as needed basis
Required Skills:
* Experience in software implementations with one or more
Customer Relationship Management Solution (such as Oracle, SalesForce.com, SAP,Siebel or other CRM software). Configuration experience is a must.
* Sound knowledge and hands-on exposure to a major Relational Database Management
System (Oracle and/or SQL*Server preferred)
* Strong experience with technologies supporting SaaS applications, including XML, WebServices, HTML, PHP, .NET, Java and JavaScript
* Strong client interfacing, delivery management and team building skills
* Ability to work in a globally distributed team environment, liaising with on-site teams and
customers
* Exposure to Salesforce.com CRM product is a big plus
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
