	Desired Candidate Profile
	Education:   (UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Diploma - Computers, B.Sc - Computers) AND (PG - Any PG Course, Post Graduation Not Required) AND (Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required) Job Requirements: Candidate should be go getter, entrepreneurial, committed and extremely deadline focused. It is expected that the candidate will go beyond defined roles and contribute to growing the company's business. Hands on experience in more than one technical area like Java, RoR, php, , Mobile technologies like android, iphone, blackberry. Experience in MVC, ORM and other frameworks based on technology. e.g hibernate, spring or struts, activerecord, rails, codeigniter, etc Hands on experience in client side technologies like javascript, css, jquery. Experience with javascript frameworks like backbone.js, angularjs will be a plus.  Experience in one or more of database technologies like Sql server, mysql, oracle, postgresql. Knowledge with caching technologies like Memcache, Redis, etc Experience in design and architecting of highly available and scalable systems utilizing load balancer, cluster, shard concepts. Knowledge of cloud providers like Heroku, AWS, RackSpace is an added advantage Application performance tuning and optimization. Database tuning. Web page tuning Understanding of technology trends and next generation technology Capacity to work within team Analytical Skills Flexibility in approach to work Abstract thinking Effective Communication Skills Working with different time zones Cross cultural experience
