We are looking for Technical Architect(Java) for our prestigious client in Noida.
Experience Level - 8 to 13 Yrs
Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities
* Around 8 years of experience in the software industry, preferably with product or product outsourcing services companies.
* Must have at least 3+ years experience in architecting & designing solutions from the scratch.
* Must have experience in designing and architecting applications.
* Must have at least 6 years solid OO-based development experience on Web technologies for the JEE stack- Java, JSP servlets, JavaScript, SQL, AJAX, JQuery, and HTML/CSS.
* Must be hands-on on projects
* Must have excellent knowledge of design patterns - both practical and theoretical.
* Must have knowledge on Java MVC frameworks like Struts, Spring MVC, etc.
* Must have experience in Spring framework - Core/AOP, etc.
* Must be skilled in use of Eclipse/ NetBeans.
* Must have at least 2 years practical experience on one ORM like Spring/ Hibernate/ iBatis/JPA etc.
* Must have exposure on SOA - specifically web services with an emphasis on security aspects related to web services.
* Must have good hands on experience in SQL development (database schema/SPs/triggers design, development, and optimization).
* Must have exposure on Continuous Integrations and Continuous Testing.
* Must have working knowledge of modern source control systems like Subversion, Git/ TFS, and design tools like MS Visio/Rational Rose using UML would be an advantage.
* Must have exposure on Agile development methodologies using Scrum/ XP.
* Must have proven leadership skills, design skills, development skills, and experience in mentoring of engineering teams
* Good to have experience on mobile development (iOS,Adroid)
* Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Should be dedicated, hardworking and detail oriented.
* Should be confident, self-driven, with a lot of initiative, and possess the zeal and energy to quickly ramp-up on upcoming technologies.
What you will do :-
* Play a significant technical leadership role in design decisions and create overall architecture and design strategy of enterprise size products.
* Guide requirement analysis, design and development of solutions ensuring satisfaction with delivery of high quality software.
* Manage technical delivery of the project
* Lead technical requirements gathering sessions and writing technical requirements documents
* Manage technical scope and client expectation
* Play a pertinent role in preparing RFP/RFI as well as participate in pre-sales activities of the organization.
* Use the understanding of software engineering methodologies and techniques to ensure their compliance at all stages of software development.
* Responsible for providing hands on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues
