Role Summary
The Lead Mobile Analyst will be a key member of the Customer Growth & Initiatives - Digital Innovation Group responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying and supporting applications and solutions for mobile devices across all GE Capital Americas businesses.
Essential Responsibilities.
Develop leading edge mobile and web applications in association with Team Architects.
Collaborate with global team members to estimate, plan, execute and deliver.
Translate requirements to clear, documented designs, including code-level documentation.
Perform prototyping and proof-of-concept builds for feasibility analysis.
Deliver quality software by creating and executing unit and integrated test cases.
Generate new ideas to meet team & business goals through research of latest digital technologies and trends.
Support, maintain, and enhance the portfolio of Digital Innovation Group applications
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor"s degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 8 years of development experience.
Expert level proficiency with Java/J2EE applied in an enterprise environment.
Hands-on expertise developing mobile and web applications using JavaScript, JQuery, XML, and Web 2.0 technologies including HTML5 and CSS.
Experience developing SOA Web services using REST and SOAP.
Experience using development environments such as Eclipse and Xcode.
Familiarity with iOS platform, SDK, and Objective C.
Sound knowledge of application architectures and databases.
Familiarity of software development life cycle and processes.
Experience with configuration management systems, defect tracking tools, and software build processes.
