Work closely with an agile development team of high flyers to develop software and deliver software in small incremental iterations:
The Microsoft BI Stack has no secrets for you. You are a technical master and you know how to you convey your specialist skills to your colleagues. You continuously improve your technical knowledge and are a leader in innovations in the BI specialty. Your focus will be on SQL server functionality. You work in close collaboration with the project manager, enthusiastic colleagues, and users and the IT operations department.
Qualifications
Good knowledge and experience in Agile & Scrum
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Professionally strong and driven by technology
Eagerness to learn and improve
Good collaboration skills
Have knowledge of data warehousing and of modeling techniques in general. Particularly Datavault, Kimball and Inmon
Have working experience of MS SQL Server (2008R2, 2012):
MS Analysis Services
MS Integration Services
MS Reporting Services
T-SQL
Certified for MS SQL Server
Experience with MS Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server
Experience with .NET (particularly C#)
Experience with Power Pivot (Excel) and Performance Point Server is a plus.
Knowledge of investment management processes is a plus
Awesome to have:
Expert on Agile development methodologies (XP, Scrum etc)
Active blogger ( refer to the Prowareness Developers blog site)
Contribution to open-source projects and re-usable assets
Willing to travel to Europe/America for client meetings.

Involvement in N-tier Design & Development and various stages of agile software development process, in Microsoft technologies (ASP.Net, C#, .Net Framework 2.0, 3.0 3.5, MS SQL Server 2008, OOA/D & UML design, Unit Testing/Test Driven Development, Team Foundation Server 2010)
To analyze requirements and estimate for assigned work
To design database tables needed for assigned work
Write clean n-tier code\Testing work done by self and others (peer testing)
To be able to communicate effectively
Design patterns and framework design
Ability to write clean testable code.
