Job Description: The work involves integration of multiple software systems using SOA principles. You should be comfortable with integrating applications over REST/SOAP services and also be exposed to OAuth2 for SSO. This job is based out of Bangalore, India. You will be leading a team of 9-10 programmers and be responsible for architecture and project delivery. The technology landscape consists of the following: * Salesforce Technologies (Visualforce, Apex, Triggers) or, * Python - Django (A Python Based Web Framework) or, * Java/J2EE or, * PHP/LAMP or, * Data Warehousing (Pentaho) or, * Linux/Apache/Tomcat You will need to travel to US twice a year depending on requirements Job Responsibilities: * You will lead multiple internal teams and coordinate with multiple client teams to provide architectural, technical & delivery leadership * You are responsible for the day to day running of the team and have the final word (& therefore responsibility) for everything * You will define and drive best practices and ensure the creation, delivery and maintenance of robust and flexible software system(s) * You will pull up your sleeves and write code when required * You will prepare and maintain the technical blue print & system architecture for the integration between various systems. Consider both business and technical audiences * You will multi-task in complex, global environment while focusing on successful delivery of multiple projects Desired Skill & Experience: * You must have an engineering degree from a leading institution. Strong candidates from other institutes are welcome * You must have 8+ years of strong programming & architecture experience * You must have experience in building and maintaining web applications * Previous experience in leading small teams of programmers * Previous experience with any two of the technologies used in the landscape * Previous client management & project management experience * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Must possess a valid passport.
