Posting Title: Technical Lead Job Description: The candidate will be part of the innovative team of engineers with strong technical background, maintaining deep technical expertise and business knowledge of eCommerce applications and resolve any technical issues through diligent research, reproduction and troubleshooting and will be working in highly challenging and state of the art technologies. Responsibilities * Maintain deep technical expertise and business knowledge of application. * Resolve any technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting. * Work directly with staff in engineering, business, operations, and support teams to resolve problem. * Document all technical issues; Develop and review content for knowledgebase. * Perform RCA and suggest solutions. * Plan, process and perform all jobs in an efficient manner. * Respond promptly and professionally to critical production incidents. * Provide technical training or assistance to junior staff. Main qualifications/knowledge * In-depth knowledge of Core Java and J2EE stack [JSP/Servlets/MVC frameworks/ORM etc] with an understanding of the java internals and memory management. * Extraordinary analytical and logical abilities. * Knowledge of J2EE application servers, Java Servlet Containers, Web services and surrounding technologies. * Knowledge of Oracle ATG Platform. * Familiarity with database environments , such as Oracle, SQL, Materialized Views, PL SQL. * Knowledge on application monitoring tools (APM, Foglight, Splunk) * Technical certifications in Java, J2EE and Oracle ATG. Skills required: * Manage and realize problem solutions within a specified time range. * Demonstrate creativity and analytical thinking. * Learn quickly, conceptualize and propose innovative ideas and solutions. * Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment. * Have strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills. * Possess good oral and written skills of the English language. * Demonstrate good documentation skills. * BS in Computer Science or related discipline preferable. * Minimum 7+ years of experience as a hands on Java/J2EE technologies. .
