Should be experienced in creating HLD for complex SSIS packages and implementing the same. 4. Should have exposure in implementing large SSIS packages with excellent knowledge on SSIS R2. 5. Should be very strong with ETL concepts and should have at least one large implementation experience. 6. Exposure to people management and project management 7. Should have done Estimation and process implementation 8. Should have good client interaction skills 9.
