A senior resource will be responsible for building and maintaining internal and external facing desktop and web applications. He/she will work with a team of experienced analysts, developers and business resources to build high-performance enterprise systems. * Build new systems with .NET / ASP.NET / VB.NET / WinForms / C# / MS SQL Server/ WCF Web Services / WCF Data Services. Develop desktop applications which include web interactivity and remote update. * Develop new functionality on existing software products * Participate in a midsized, experienced & energetic team on a rapid, agile development schedule. Desired Candidate Profile * Overall 6(+) years of programming experience and hands-on in programming. * Four (+) years of experience with ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, WinForms. * Three (+) years working with SQL Server (2005/2008 preferred). * Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) * Good knowledge of the .NET 3.5/4.0 Framework, including Visual Studio, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ASMX and WCF Web Services, ADO.NET and ASP.NET AJAX * One (+) year of experience in leading technical teams * Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices. * Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer). * Ability to design and optimize SQL Server stored procedures / triggers. * Experienced with Data Visualization tools / technologies. * Strong thought leadership skills in evaluating software solutions, following Microsoft"s best practices in architectural design and applying design patterns. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to document and present architectural design and standards. * Works with team members who have different backgrounds, points of view, or work styles. * Interacts and collaborates with technical colleagues and cross-functional groups. * Proven Track record of on-time delivery of projects. * Must be a team player and include others in technical/project decision making process. * Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment. * Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary. * Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills. * Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices Company Link: www.aqinsights.com/ If interested please send your updated CV to tanushree@teamlease.com Thanks and Regards, Tanushree Bose Chanda TeamLease Services Pvt.
