Experience required for the Job: 7 - 10 years Annual Salary of the Job: Best in the industry Job Location: Mumbai (All Areas) Apply Now   Reply Dear Candidate, We have an Urgent opening with one of the Top MNC"s in the world, position based out of Mumbai for ANALYTICS SPOTFIRE SPECIALIST Level: Managerial Position: Analytics Spotfire Specialist Industry: BPO/ITES Department: Operations Salary: Best in the Industry Location: Mumbai Experience: 7-10 years Qualification: Bachelor"s degree in Engineering/Technology or Masters in Statistics/Science REQUIRED SKILLS: * 3+ years hands-on experience in Spotfire * 3+ years" experience in Data warehousing, DB Programming (SQL - DDL and DML) * Data cleansing and aggregation techniques using SQL, Database constructs - required * Data Modeling - preferred * CPG / Retail Domain Knowledge - preferred * Good communication skills * Ability to understand business problem, visualize the solution from an end-user perspective, design layouts appropriate and, at times, produce quick versions of prototypes * Experience in statistical programming in tools such as SAS, R, Spotfire etc is desirable EXPERIENCE: * Overall 7-8 years of experience in Analytics/Visualization/DB related projects * Development of Analytics visualization projects that includes front end best-in-class visualization and backend database design RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES: * Interface with the client independently to give status updates on projects and help in issue resolution during client calls * Understand business problems and work along with Team leads on designing a solution for meeting client requirements * To develop excellent skills on statistical tools like SAS, SPSS, Spotfire, MS Access and MS Excel etc., databases and software applications and leverage them for delivering client projects * Total customer centricity, appropriate quality checks at various stages of job delivery and timeliness to be maintained at all times * Gain knowledge of CPG and Retail domain, Nielsen metrics and databases and be able to leverage the same for meeting client needs * Extract data from known databases, prepare data in a suitable format and analyze the data for answering specific business questions * Ensure that all deliverables meet per pre defined quality standards * Improvise on current best approach and add value by way of higher productivity and better quality Seek feedback from the client for each delivery and learn and apply the knowledge received from feedback on subsequent projects COMPANY PROFILE: One of the largest providers of business processing outsourcing (BPO) services, technology services and management consulting, with more than 244,000 people serving clients in more than 120 countries.
