Be part of Dell.com ecommerce application development team that build on top of a architecture to ensure high performance, scalable, high availability, easily extensible, and secured. >

· Provides architectural design and documentation that spans multiple applications and/or functions.

· Participates, and may lead, on complex projects and/or programs with significant impact on IT and/or business.

· Pursues internal opportunities to champion new ideas and concepts.

· Influences IT solutions at the enterprise wide level.

· Analyzes business requirements/processes and system integration points and creates software solutions

· Responsible for preparing Proof of concepts, design documentation and system requirements

· Designs, codes, tests and documents applications based on user or system requirements

· Stay abreast of the development methodologies and technical components in use and under development in the .Net community.

· Contribute for the definition and building of various .Net applications

· Advocate and implement the best development practices within the development teams and contribute to implement the development methodologies

· Coach and provide trainings to .Net developers.

· Handle technical tasks or issues common to various .Net development teams.

· Control quality of .net application development , define control methodologies and follow implementation

· Work with global distributed teams and using Agile methodologies .Coordinates among multiple architecture specializations (eg. Solution, Business, Information, or Infrastructure

Architecture).

 

Minimum of 5 years of software development experience

· Solid foundation of Object oriented programming and design patterns.

· Advanced understanding of foundational architectural concepts (design, business technology strategy, quality Management, and IT environment).

· Work experience in .Net 3.5, 4.0, C#, C++, Java, WCF, AJAX, XML, XPATH

· Development experience in Web services / APIs / SOA

· Oracle, SQL server experience

· Experience of developing in a cloud and/or VM ware based infrastructure
