This position will be part of the Client Services team and will require to lead implementation projects and support field personnel. The position will be involved in variety of activities including design, analysis, coding, configuration, troubleshooting, training and working closely with Product Management and Operations to understand the evolving platform and it’s features as well as provide feedback for the product roadmap to make implementations and rollouts more streamlined and effective.
Role
· Design and develop interface solutions according to the project scope, scalability, portability, and best development practices, given constraints such as limited resources, time deadlines, and technological impediments.
· Consult with Onsite team to determine interface requirements.
· Work with Product Management and Product Engineering Teams to understand the data and work flow.
· Analyze and document interface specifications.
· Translate interface requirements into a well-defined project scope
· Manage work products and deliverables of junior developers and analysts in team
· Test, deploy, and validate the interfaces to achieve project sign off from internal and external project stakeholders.
· Helping teams achieve solutions to various problems and issues.
· Participate in client calls/meetings
· Troubleshoot and fix interface issues
Skills required
· Strong understanding of OOP concepts with a thorough understanding of the SDLC
· Good knowledge and hands-on experience in core Java development
· In-depth experience with the HL7 messaging standard, HL7 certification a plus
· Strong experience in JavaScript or any other scripting language
· Strong experience in XML, SQL with Advanced knowledge of SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, indexes, data types, table structures, and database design principles.
· Mirth Integration server experience is mandatory
· Rapid application development experience will be preferred
· Possess exceptional skills in partnering with clients\staff and in developing and maintaining long-term supportive relationships
