	Role: Manager Workforce: Consulting Location: Gurgaon   Work Experience: Candidate should have led engagements in the role of ERP implementation team lead and had exposure to ERP strategy and implementation at CMT clients. Candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in consulting with CMT (preferably Electronics & High Tech) clients in two or more of the following areas ERP design and implementation, Business Process Reengineering, Operating Model Design. Candidate should have 6+ years SAP or Oracle consulting experience in a consulting firm and/or large CMT (preferably Electronics & High Tech) organizations. Experience at PM and Solution Architect level to designing, implementing and improving business processes in an ERP application environment. Functional expertise in areas such as supply chain, shared services and product development would be a plus. Candidate must have strong ability to work with senior management, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, work with some measure of independence, and to understand complex industry issues and position solutions to address those. Candidate must have strong experience in developing thought leadership, assets or tools/diagnostic in the above mentioned areas. Proven ability to conduct and derive actionable results from the same will be a definite plus.   Key Responsibilities: Overall, responsibilities associated with the role are focused on enabling the Business Service strategy execution in collaboration with global program managers and SMEs. Lead projects to plan, develop, manage, disseminate and maintain key offerings and assets; understand the knowledge/capability gaps and identify content/assets from across Accenture that align with Business Service, including enhancing assets by adding CMT specific components, as needed Lead development of new knowledge capital and tools, including methodologies, point of views, white papers, case studies, articles for publication, materials for education/learning initiatives, and collaboration tools Support Global Program Manager in managing the business service program, including investments, capability development, content management, RFP support, collaboration strategy etc. Provide support to the sales leads of business services / service offerings for solutioning of the projects and writing proposals and RFP responses Collaborate with global SMEs in Consulting, Technology, and Outsourcing organizations to keep the Business Service aligned and relevant in context of emerging and future industry trends and challenges Drive and lead setup and launch of communities of practice and provide advice for ongoing community of practice activities to enable collaboration and encourage innovation.
