At Present we have Urgent Permanent Job Opening in Sterling Commerce with Our Client SEI CMMI Level 5 !!! (With Their Research and Development Lab / Product Development Division).

Some Brief about- You would working with this Group ( BU).
XYZ Group is the Services division of Our Client . . This Group has around 350 employees and implements multiple solutions including more than 25 clients annually. This is a global competency center that enables expertise and delivers client value across the world.

Required Skill
Candidate Must have experience between 7- 12 Yrs
Sterling Commerce (SCM ) Lead /Associate Management Consultant
Compensation : Outstanding in Industry

2 - 4 Years in the capacity of Technical Lead leading project teams in Java, J2EE space

* Knowledge of Sterling Distributed Order Management and Sterling Warehouse Management , IBM WebSpehere Commerce applications
* Experience working with complementary products: IBM Websphere, BEA Weblogic, WebMethods, Cognos, JMS compliant queues (MSMQ, Weblogic JMS).
* Object oriented programming languages such as Java and C++.
* Knowledge of Java, J2EE, J2EE Architecture, Design Patterns
* Experience in XML, XML, parsers, and XSL.
* IBM DB2, Oracle and SQL Server databases
* Good exposure to Software Engineering
Additional Details
Ability to lead implementation teams of 6 - 8 Consultants; The Lead Consultant is responsible for providing delivery oversight of customer engagements by defining the implementation solution, project scope and effort estimates. The Lead Consultant helps create the staffing plan for the project and ensures the smooth transition from the proposal process to engagement delivery. Until the full transition to the delivery team is complete, the Lead Consultant responsible for delivering quality and customer satisfaction

Educational Qualification
Consistent academics records from class X onwards
Graduation ( Full Time)/MBA / MCA / BE / BTech / MCA / M.Tech / Any Post Graduation or Candidate Must have 16+ Yrs of Educational Qualification
