Role & Responsibilities: Performing business analysis in conjunction with onsite counterparts. Understanding the business requirements, and performing requirement gathering activities, which involves:- * Writing use cases * Writing Conceptual Design Document * Preparation of process flow diagrams * Guiding the Development & QA team during entire project life cycle. * Writing Test cases for UAT * Ability to conceptualize, document and present creative solutions. * Ability to multitask in a cross-functional environment. * Ability to present and explain information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and gain understanding. * Strong teaming skills (i.e. ability to work well with others) At least 4-5 years of development experience either in Java or Microsoft technologies. Should be able to run simple DB queries like SELECT, UPDATE et al to derive business/system requirements. Should have documented system / interface requirements for at least 3 projects. Key Skills: * Pro-active, Organized, Result-oriented and Self-motivated. * Open to working independently and in a team environment to deliver high quality documentation. * Flexible and easily adapt to changing priorities, able to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard in deliverables. * Knowledge of MS Visio * Good verbal, written and presentation skills. Other Capabilities: Exposure to Insurance & Mortgage Domain would be an added advantage. Knowledge of iRise or any other visualizing software would be an added advantage.
