Ltd.(http://www.3leads.com) We have Urgent Openings of Technical Architect for one of our Esteemed Client in Manipal (Udupi-Karnataka) Location Job Location:- Manipal Position:- Technical Architect Exp: 5 - 12 Years Job type: Permanent Job Specifications: * 5+ years of technical consultancy and Project management experience on custom designed, full life cycle application development projects and leadership experience in a software development organization. * Must have at least 3 years of experience working through the design, development, and release cycle delivering software to market. * Experience of implementing/delivering Mobile application / Enterprise application projects would be an added advantage. * Experience evaluating new technologies for their appropriateness to proposed solutions, including assessing their strategic and/or tactical benefit to the product * Documented ability to communicate the value project solution to resonate with all levels of the customer"s organization. * Knowledge of the standard relational databases e.g. Oracle, DB2 or SQL Server * Relational / object database implementation & integration. * Internet / legacy system / client-server architectures. * Client management and team management skills. * Broad technical knowledge of system designing, application architecture and object oriented programming. * Creative approach to problem solving. * Should possess excellent Decision-making and Team leadership qualities. * Ability to plan and successfully deliver both In-house and Clients Projects. * Qualified candidate needs to possess excellent skills in oral, presentation, and written communication, handle various challenges with an ability to solve them and thus possess ability to think outside of the box within a dynamic and fast paced work environment. Qualification/ Preferred Knowledge: * B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech/MCA degree or equivalent professional qualification but with a proven deep technical exposure. * Deep understanding of the IT industry and Software development process. * Solid knowledge of current Internet technologies. * Experience in computer programming using Java, .net, Flex and other web application frameworks. * Exposure to one or more of the following mobile platform/environments: Windows Mobile, Android, ios, Blackberry and HTML5. * Be able to excel in idea generation, evaluation, and prioritization, customer and partner engagement, cross-functional technical program management and building/ developing great engineering teams. * A record of successful delivery of software systems as an individual, team leader and or/development manager. * Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
