Details are as below: Job Title : Senior Software Engineer / Senior Consultant Total Work Exp: 5 yrs to 7.5 yrs Job Location : Bangalore Shift: 1 p.m to 10 p.m Key Skills: SQL Server 2005/2008, T-SQL, ASP.net ,C# Job Description: * Code small to medium complexity tasks as per the design and architecture guidelines * Conduct Unit and Function Testing to ensure product quality conformance * Correct errors by making appropriate changes and rechecking the tasks to ensure that the desired results are produced. * Work with peers and managers to clarify task details, identify problems, and suggest changes * Adhere to coding and design standards * Research and develop prototypes as and when required Experience Type and Key areas: - Must have experience working on large database ( 80 GB and 8000 tables) - Must have spent 75% to 80% time on writing code - Strong experience with indexes in SQL Server - Expert level experience with Table variable and Local temporary table. - Strong experience on UDF - Expert level experience on Stored procedures, Triggers. Required Skill: Experience in working with Configuration/Change Management Tools - VSS, Perforce, Rational ClearQuest is desired - Essential MS SQL 2008, T- SQL, ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, ADO.NET - Desirable - AJAX, HTML, JavaScript, XML, 3rd Party Custom Controls (Infragistics, Telerik, DevExpress et al.)
