Position: Java Lead Developer/ Tech lead Experience: 6 - 10 years Qualification: An Engineering Degree / MCA  Role in Brief: This position is responsible for the technical design, development, testing and implementation of the products. Key responsibilities include: Development of architecture and design based on the detailed software requirements specs. Review and approvals of the architecture and design.  Development of various library modules, re-usable components library and functional modules as per the given specification and developed architecture and design. Unit Testing and Code Walkthrough of the application Task handling for the development project management Authoring & Review of Architecture and design documents. Ensure following the QMS and the approved methodologies. Demonstrate capability to work with Scrum / Agile methodologies. Must have expertise in Java, J2EE, JSF, JBOSS, SEAM, Ajax and related technology platforms. Must be strong in at least one database Oracle or SQL server Skills Required: A self-motivated and fast learner with a combination of technical and interpersonal skills. 6 -10 year of relevant experience. Must have a very strong academic performance from class 10th onwards. Good Analytical and problem solving skills. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle. Should be able to work independently with less supervision and guidance. Excellent knowledge of Web-related tools and QC methodologies is desirable. Must have excellent communication skills.  Must be strong in technical design documentations.
