1.
At least 7 years of strong experience in J2EE technologies.
2. At-least 2 years of working experience in J2EE technologies as a Tech Lead leading a minimum of 8 or more technical team members.
3. Working knowledge and good understanding on Core Java, JDBC, JSP, Servlet, Filters, Session Management, Tag libraries, Struts, Hibernate, Spring IoC, Spring MVC and JUnit.
4. Working knowledge and good understanding on Web-services and JMS.
5. Working Knowledge on Trouble-shooting and Defect Fixing.
6. Working Knowledge and Troubleshooting experience with at least one of Weblogic / Websphere application servers.
7. Working knowledge and good understanding on majority of Core J2EE design patterns.
8. Working Experience with one of the build automation tools like ANT or MAVEN.
9. Working Experience in designing using UML.
10. Working knowledge and good understanding on databases (clusters)/pl-sql store procedures, packages, functions, triggers, Query Optimization techniques, etc.
11. Good understanding on the architecture of the applications worked on as Tech Lead.
12. Good knowledge on best practices and Coding/Design guidelines in Java/Struts/Spring projects.
13. Experience should include development projects as well as maintenance/enhancements projects with majority of the experience covering development projects.
14. Good Communication Skills.
15. Good Client Interaction Skills.
16. Preferably experience in mortgage domain.
17. Liferay experience - Added Advantage
