GB - Consultant - Work Location - BLR -Oracle CRM - Service SERVICE CONTRACTS, FIELD SERVICE, DEPOT REPAIR, ISUPPORT, INSTALL BASE, ADVANCED SCHEDULER Candidate must have at least 6 (Plus) years of experience in the industry and should have worked on Oracle Applications projects for at least 6 to 8 years. Oracle R12 Experience for at least 3 (Plus) years. Must have technology skills: Oracle Applications R12 implementation/Rollout/Upgrade/Application Support experience, ability to document according to AIM standards. Modules: Must have experience: Service contracts, Field service, Depot Repair, iSupport, Install base, Advanced Scheduler Optional: Mobile field service, Teleservice, Spares Management, Worked on Sales and Marketing modules * Person should be customer facing, and be able to plan work allocation for project team. * Write and review functional documents. Assist business user during CRPs/SITs/UATs. * Capable of handling training/CRP sessions independently. * The requirement is for an individual who can play the role of a Functional lead, can play the role of a solution architect during an upgrade to R12. * Strong in English as a spoken and written language. 2. GB - Consultant - BLR - 1 Position -Oracle EBS Planning DEMAND PLANNING OR DEMANTRA, ASCP, INVENTORY OPTIMIZATION, COLLABORATIVE PLANNING, GLOBAL ORDER PROM Candidate must have at least 6 (Plus) years of experience in the industry and should have worked on Oracle Applications projects for at least 6 to 8 years. Oracle R12 Experience for at least 3 (Plus) years. Must have technology skills : Oracle Applications R12 implementation/Rollout/Upgrade/Application Support experience, ability to document according to AIM standards. Modules: Must have experience: Demand Planning or DeMantra, ASCP, Inventory optimization, Collaborative Planning, Global order promising. Optional: Worked on Sales and Distribution or Manufacturing processes/modules * Person should be customer facing, and be able to plan work allocation for project team. * Write and review functional documents. * Assist business user during CRPs/SITs/UATs. * Capable of handling training/CRP sessions independently. * The requirement is for an individual who can play the role of a Functional lead, can play the role of a solution architect during an upgrade to R12. * Strong in English as a spoken and written language. 3. Oracle -Technical 4 .Work Location - BLR - PeopleSoft HRMS Technical 1. Experience - 5.5yrs / Provide technical expertise in PeopleSoft HRMS area on client projects 2. Responsible for support of all HRMS modules, especially NA Payroll 3. Working on enhancements 4. Individual contributor role as SME in PeopleSoft HRMS 4. 5-6 years of experience with PeopleSoft HRMS 5. Excellent understanding of all PeopleSoft development tools, technologies and architecture. 6. Expert in People Tools (People Code, SQR, App Engines, XML Publisher, Application Packages) 7. Experience in support and upgrade/implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS 9.x including Core HR, Payroll (GP/NA), ESS, MSS, Ben Admin and Base Ben 8. At least 1 implementation/upgrade experience in PeopleSoft HRMS 9.x including aforementioned modules and tools 6. Excellent communication skill & ability to work with a diverse group 5. HRMS - Techno / Func - Work Location - BLR 1. Experience - 5.5yrs / providing functional support to client on Oracle HCM area. 2. Taking care of Core HR & SSH HR business processes in Oracle. 3.
