Job Description:
mobile UI/UX Designer (iOS/Android)
1) Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
2) Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design mockups.
3) Working with the technical team to build the application and continuously improve design.
4) Proactively take full ownership of design and deliver on time
5) Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
6) The ability to quickly grasp and distill highly complex user design issues into clean, understandable solutions
7) Candidate must flourish in a fast paced, iterative, deadline driven environment.
Required Skills:
1) 5+ years' experience in a design role for iOS and Android Apps and a strong portfolio of past projects/work.
2) Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks and associated design tools
3) Deep knowledge of modern UI/UX patterns, especially iOS human interface guidelines and Android material design.
4) Experience in creating and revising interaction design artifacts including: high level conceptual work, diagrams and flow, modernizing the UX patterns.
5) Obsessed with good user-centered design practices and has an exceptional eye for detail.
Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and illustrator.
Good at sketching.
