Bachelor"s or Master"s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience in a fast paced, performance-oriented environment creating scalable software platforms. Total of 7-10 years experience in progressively evolving senior software development positions, preferably in global organizations focused on rapid development of software products. At least 5+ years experience in core programming skills (hands-on) using opensource technologies in Java. Must have experience in developing solutions using Spring and Struts framework. Must have experience using build tools and source control management. Minimum 3 years core experience in managing development teams to deliver world class products under tight budgets and schedule. Successful track record of building, motivating, and mentoring high-performing operational teams across functional areas. Must have working knowledge of SMS platforms, XML and Opensource Java architecture such as the Spring framework. Must have experience leading small teams of developers, to achieve bug free releases. Good leadership, management and decision-making experience with direct accountability for results. Experience with finance platform development would be a big plus.
