Experience working on Oracle Apps R12 Financials. * Good experience working on data migration and interface design. * Expertise in PLSQL, Reports and Workflows. * Understanding of business requirements and the process of translating them into well-engineered and integrated technical solutions and reusable components. * Interface effectively and collaborate with clients, peers, and management to develop solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in. * Building scalable application and performance tuning. * Setting up process for code quality & coding practices. * Stitch and execute the technological roadmap for organization. * Coach and mentor programmers * Apply business case development and project justification techniques to varying information technology related questions. * Take initiative and accountability for achieving results. * Candidate will develop technical architecture and design solutions for Oracle EBS (Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Financial and HR), and OBIEE projects. The successful candidate will be one who is up-to-date with the latest technical trends, and continuously strives to maintain the utmost level of system performance, security, and stability. * The Oracle Applications Solutions Architect Principal is responsible for the future state application roadmap from a technology standpoint in Oracle Applications technology space. * The Oracle Applications Solutions Architect Principal role requires knowledge and skills that are deep in the specific technology space, with special emphasis in the Oracle Applications stack including Pl/SQL and reporting technologies. * The Solutions Architect Principal must have experience on multiple environments and be comfortable with complex heterogeneous systems environments.
