Job Purpose : Product Development and client servicing.
Nice to have : Banking or Financial or Payment Domain experience.
Job Description :
1. At least 4 to 7 Yrs application development experience with over at-least 2 years of web based applications experience.
2. Experience in developing JAVA applications using J2EE platforms
3. Strong Core Java skills - Threads, Reflections, Socket programming, Thread Pools, Performance tuning, Security (JCE) etc
4. Strong working knowledge of JSPs and Servlets
5. Strong SQL skills
6. A working knowledge of XML / JavaScript / HTML / CSS
7. Strong application design skills
8. Ability to work in small teams and in fast-paced environment
9. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
10. Ability to translate requirements into design, architecture and implementation
11. Development of Banking and Financial Applications would be a plus
12. Passionate about programming, technology and product development
