Description:
Our client is in the process of migrating all the off-system billing applications to a single web-based customer care and billing application (Oracle CC&B v2.X.X).
The work involved to fully leverage the robust functionality of the new system consists of: data migration and customer information conversions, customized application and interface development, complex algorithm and framework configuration, testing, and deployment.
Required Skills/Experience (Skills that the successful candidate(s) must have)
Infrastructure Configuration Specialist
* Experience performing CC&B Product Installation activities
* Ability to prepare environment for installation
* Knowledge of installing third party software in specific order
* Ability to setup database connection, web. configuration for SPL/Oracle CC&B Application
* Experienced in fine-tuning CC&B, Database and Third-Party products
Conversion Analysts
* At least 3 years experience performing conversion related tasks for SPL/Oracle CC&B Application
* Experience in performing data mapping to import legacy data into CC&B*s Oracle Database
* Ability to create and implement procedures to integrate external products with CC&B application.
* Understanding of the CC&B Model
Configuration
* At least 3 years Functional experience with SPL/Oracle CC&B Application
* Expert knowledge of CC&B Control Table configuration
* Knowledge of Portals, Zones, etc
* Knowledge of all CC&B Sub-Systems
CC&B Developers
* At least 3 years developing for SPL/Oracle CC&B Application
* Knowledge of CC&B Upload/Download/Staging processes
* Experience with Interface development; To/From CC&B and external applications (e.g. Meter Reads, Payments, Field Orders, etc.)
* Ability to develop off specification
* Experience with Business Objects & Crystal Reports
Testers
* Minimum of 3 years CC&B functional and technical application testing experience
* Proven expertise utilizing various automated testing tools (Test Director, Quick Test Pro, Quality Center, LoadRunner, etc)
* Advanced knowledge of testing methodologies and test phase deliverables
* Knowledge of best-practice testing for utility industries and standards
* Understanding of the CC&B Data Model and Control Tables
* Oracle databases 10g or higher and ability to perform data mining activities
The Off-system billing implementation team will adopt a re-usability approach toward conversion, development, testing, and deployment as it relates to the following deliverables:
* Interfaces, plug-ins, reports, letters
* Data extract conversion programs
* Data standardization and cleansing
* Business process documentation
* System configuration
* Test Cases and Scenarios
* Deployment plan
Work Location: New York City
