Responsibilities:
o Perform business analysis and documentation of the current and future state of Client Reports and Advices (client communication letters, notices, and confirms)
o Provide regular status updates for all project participants and create presentations for steering committee updates
o Work with various Legal & Compliance teams to obtain sign-off on all regulatory business requirements
o Serve as primary liaison between the key business stakeholder and technology, including recommending business priorities by advising stakeholders on options, risks, costs, prioritizations, and delivery timelines

The Offshore Transformation Team's objective is to review, analyze, design and automate the operations process by providing easy, simple, intuitive products and services, tailored for customer segments and deliver consistently across all processes.
Core Responsibilities:
• Get involved in the entire Life cycle of the EUC / automation accelerator Project
• Prepare High Level and Low Level Design documents (HLD / LLD)
• Understand Operations process and design and develop automation solutions
• Provide technical leadership in all aspects of the project life cycle
• Support implementation of new automation development methodologies to transform operation processes
• Prepare and execute Unit Test plans
• Develop automation scripts and Ensure quality and optimized coding with proper documentation
• Provide validation support and implementation support
• EUC registration and maintenance as per Citi Standards
• Support for customer reviews / meetings, architectural review, coding, peer walkthroughs, testing, acceptance, delivery/installation, technical support and maintenance tasks
• Identifies and communicates risks and risk mitigation strategies relating to the application of technology within business environment
• Lead and Mentor Junior team members
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Be part of the Offshore Transformation team to analyze, design, develop, integrate, test and deliver projects with utmost quality within schedule taking into consideration above Business Objectives/ Core Responsibilities.

Required Skills:
• Strong Scripting Knowledge
• Advanced Knowledge in Excel (VB Scripts, Advanced Macros)
• Mark Up Languages: HTML/ XML/CSS/Java script/Dot Net
• Database: Oracle , MS SQL Server
• Expertise in Build Technology Tools/ Version Control Software/ Testing Tools are required
• Deliver Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to a growing customer base by contributing and driving an overall solution design in order to meet the customer's specifications and needs
• Design automated solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions
• Creates and maintain Initial process Analysis, Process Definition and Solution Documents
