PMI certification/other relevant certification would be a plus ROLE and Responsibility: The SW manager manages the collaboration with the divisional partner for initiating, developing and successfully delivering global SW projects of medium to complex types. The SW manager leads a team of SW development & test engineers and provides guidance for operational and long-term success. The SW manager sets up and implements initiatives for team and organizational development. Expertise Areas: Has deep software development experience in Core Java with hands-on usage of Databases and Frameworks/ Windows based application Has deep experience in managing projects using project management skills with quality management standards (ISO, CMM).
