Bring in enough technical expertise on big data to the table, for the global stakeholders to have confidence in getting application developed GDC.  3. Develop proposals for upcoming projects, present them to the leadership to get their buy-in. 4. Define High level solution or architecture for the application.  5. Guide application development teams on technical matter to ensure best in class practices are followed at every step (design, coding, deployment) for the application.  6. Implement best coding practices for the custom reporting team.  7. Identify new technologies in the big data stack that can address the goals of business. Develop PoCs on the same, demonstrate to stakeholders.  8. Define annual goals for the team members and mentor direct reports continuously towards the goals.
