Position Summary You will be part of the Global Service Innovation Team and involved in building cutting edge tools and platforms for Global Service Delivery division of Rimini Street. You must love technologies and should be Solution Thinker and Problem Solver for this role. You will work on designing and developing the innovative solutions for our Service Platform, and manage a team of 5 - 10 developers in India. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead technical designs and develop service innovation tools and platform Manage a team of 5 - 10 developers working on innovation applications and platforms Perform code reviews Support and resolve issues related to production service applications and platforms Perform data analysis on service data and identify trends and patterns Be the go to person for technical expertise on tools and technologies Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science Experience Minimum 12 years of experience in software development Minimum 6 years of experience is required in technologies using PHP, Python, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL, CSS/ HTML and MySQL/ MariaDB Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow applications is preferred but optional Skills Must have designed business applications for service industry Experience with PHP, Python, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL, CSS/ HTML Experience building RESTful APIs Experience with complex SQL writing (MySQL or MariaDB) Ability to learn new technologies quickly and mentor junior team members Deep commitment to test-driven development Proactive, self-motivated with strong initiative and a desire to succeed Thanks and Regards, Satyavathi Email: sseeram@riministreet.com
