Leverage your advanced analytics skills, define innovative approaches, perform complex data analyses and build models to help derive business insights, solve complex business problems and improve decisions. Deploy statistical modelling and optimization techniques most suited for the business problem (using R, Python, SQL, and/or other relevant tools). This could include discussing data collection, architecture, associated costs and trade-offs, and recommendations. . Interpret outputs of your quantitative analyses and statistical models into specific and actionable business recommendations and implications. Responsible for the creation of new data sciences capabilities for the business by envisioning and executing strategies that will influence improvement of the business's performance by enabling informed decision making. KPI: Project Delivery in frame of time. Experience 4-8 years of experience in applying analytical modeling to solve business problems Advanced knowledge of mathematical techniques, clustering, K-means, kernel density estimators, random forest, neural networks, regression, linear programming and Monte Carlo simulation Fluent in at least two programming languages: C++, Hadoop, MATLAB, Python,R, SAS, SPSS, SQL . Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and link analytics to derive solutions Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly and effectively communicate complex analytical and technical content .
